Terms of Use
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Aidyte platform at aidyte.lt ("Platform"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who we are
The Platform is operated by [Company name], company code [code], registered address [address], email [email] ("we", "us").
Aidyte provides software that lets restaurants publish menus and accept orders online. We are not a restaurant and do not prepare, sell or deliver food ourselves.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
You must give accurate information, activate your account through the link sent to your email, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has access to it.
One person may hold only one customer account. Restaurant accounts must be created by a person authorised to act for the restaurant.
3. Rules for restaurants
Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menu, prices, allergen information, opening hours and other published content, and for complying with food safety, consumer protection, tax and other laws that apply to them.
A restaurant that accepts orders must fulfil them as described, or reject them promptly. The restaurant is the seller in every order placed with it.
We may review new restaurants before they go live, and may suspend or remove a restaurant that breaks these Terms or the law.
4. Orders and payments
When you place an order, the contract of sale is between you and the restaurant. Prices are calculated by the Platform at checkout from the restaurant's current menu; the total shown before you confirm is the price you pay.
The restaurant may accept or reject an order. If an order is rejected or not answered in time, it is cancelled and you will not be charged; any payment already taken will be returned.
Questions or complaints about food, quality or delivery should first be sent to the restaurant. We will help where we reasonably can.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Platform: no false orders, fraud, harassment, unlawful or offensive content, attempts to access other people's accounts or data, interfering with the Platform's operation, or automated scraping without our permission.
6. Content
Restaurants keep the rights to the content they upload (texts, logos, photos) and allow us to display and adapt it as needed to run the Platform. They confirm they have the right to use that content.
The Platform's software, design and trademarks belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
7. Personal data
We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When you order from a restaurant, the details needed to fulfil the order (such as your name, phone number and address) are shared with that restaurant.
You can download your data or delete your account at any time in your account settings.
8. Liability
We work to keep the Platform available and secure, but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for food, services or information provided by restaurants.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
9. Suspension and closing accounts
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, or that has been used for fraud. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page and, for significant changes, notify you and may ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the Platform.
11. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first, and otherwise by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
If you are a consumer, you may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, www.vvtat.lt).
